My username is Phoenix Rising (also an Admin). I am on a journey of finding my spiritual center, peace, balance in life and health. Along the way I have discovered so many new ideas, concepts, information and people who have helped me. I have also come across many others who have had the same questions I have had, so I decide to create this site in hopes that I can share what I have learned/remembered and that others will join and share what they know.
We all have the knowledge and answers to our own questions. We only need to be still and listen. It's in our heart and soul. However, sometimes sharing our thoughts and listening to the knowledge and experiences of others helps us to become aware and see the knowledge and answers within ourselves.
